Program crashes????!!!!

I bought this app to record my lectures during class for me and sometimes my teachers have drawings that I like to take photos of. However, when I take a photo, the whole screen freezes for 2 seconds and the app crashes. Thankfully I programmed it to auto-save but for a $10 app, I would expect it to be able to take a photo without crashing.
