Crashed within five minutes !! Ripoff!

I wanted an app for recording my kids funny talks, unfortunately, I cant tell you how many times this app had failed to either record our save!! And the UI is not intuitive at all! One time I tried to trim the file but ended up deleting most of the file instead!!! I wanted easy sync to Dropbox. No love there :( Developer Mohammad, you are holding our recordings hostage by not allowing the use of iCloud Drive or Dropbox! We paid for this app but you just left it unfinished and hasnt updated it since 2014! I hope Apple bans you for life. Although not strictly a voice recorder, I now depend on Notability, which has working iCloud sync and Dropbox back up! Get Notability instead!!

Fast, simple recording. Perfect for no-frills recording, live annotations, and basic editing/trimming. Recording quality settings a big plus. iOS sharing works great. Quick uploads to Dropbox.

Very sad the app no longer works on my iPhone5. Crashes as soon as it tries to load. Contacted support 2x in the last 30 days with no response. Appears to of been abandoned. Seemed every time there is an iOS update, the app has problems & theyre not fixed until well after the developer has been notified. Im a student who has difficulty taking notes due to a disability so this app was very valuable to me. I am very sad to see it isnt being updated & hope to find a replacement.

Update (10/24/2015): Seems development of this software has been abandoned. Hasnt been updated in almost a year. Was my favorite. I would delete the app but the export function is not working properly so my data is being held hostage by the app. If I delete the app, I will lose all of my data since I have no way of moving the app out of the app! Update: Things have gone from bad to worse. Not only does iCloud sync not work consistently, but now the app randomly deletes files. This is not acceptable. Was my favorite recording app, but now unusable. Was a 5 star app until recently. Now a useless app for me since iCloud doesnt work. Please fix.

I thought you guys where so interested in always improving the app and No update

I had sync issues with previous versions. Never was able to completely sync between iOS devices. It will not record when bluetooth is connected. App stops right after a tap on "record” button and sometimes freezes

Every time I record something I go back later to try and listen to it and its never there! So frustrating. Until this is fixed I will stay far away, and suggest you should too! Not worth the $10 waste.

You used to be able to swipe to export. Now it is at least four taps before you can export a single file. Im not using this anymore until they fix it. I cant have all these files taking up space and I cant easily export them all.

I use this app for recording quick musical ideas. It works quite well for me.

I like to record everything, especially important meetings, and my classes. For things like meetings, I needed a recorder that was discrete and reliable. I needed something that was hard to stop accidentally while I was still using it. This is perfect - you turn the recording on, you press home and it is just a little red bar up top, then you lock your screen (and put your phone on airplane mode - incoming calls stop the recording) and nothing you do is going to stop the recording until you open it again. This also has great sound quality. The flaws---at one point the program stopped opening, and I lost all of my recordings that I had not already transferred to my computer or other backup. I only lost a few but some people rating this lost very important things - do not trust its ability to keep your recordings safe. It is good for making the recording and as soon as you get home, transfer it to another machine. I like the basic editing tools, to crop and snip my recordings. I also like how easy and quick it is to transfer your recording to your computer through airdrop (on a Mac). I use this program so much, and it is the best recording program I have found. Twice over the last year, I thought it was recording and something happened and it wasnt recording, so if you are recording something extremely important, I would have a backup recorder running too-like audacity in your computer. Great product!! Has sincere flaws, no customer service, and when the program loses your recording there is nothing they can do to get it back. So dont rely on it and transfer it to your computer extremely regularly and you will be extremely happy with this product, it does a good job.

The iPhone and iPad versions are OK, but its not as useful as other voice recorder apps because it doesnt work on the Watch.

This app no longer has support. No answer to emails, no updates and lots of bugs that need fixing. Its a pain to get your recordings out of the app. Had promise. I would look elsewhere. Shame because its such a well thought out app.

The concept behind this app was perfect for recording audio and annotating in real time. Tagging, highlighting, notes all while the app was still recording. For a student, it was such an amazing concept. App used to work great on an iphone 5S. That was back in 2014 when they were still updating it. From others reviews, and my own experience, as the iOS software updates have increased in version #, this apps reliability has seemed to decline at the same pace. It is now practically unusable. Please, either update this to bring it back to a working version, or I could only hope that another app developer takes the reins and develops something nearly identical or very similar that is actually reliable.
